1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with TangleBrook Wash for any of our automotive services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or engage with our services.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Removing all valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service. TangleBrook Wash is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.
- Informing TangleBrook Wash of any pre-existing damage, sensitive finishes, or specific requirements pertaining to their vehicle before service commencement.
- Ensuring the vehicle is present at the agreed location and time for mobile services.
- Providing access to water and electricity for mobile services if required, or verifying availability with TangleBrook Wash beforehand.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service prices are subject to change without prior notice, although prices will be confirmed with the client at the time of booking. Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods as communicated by our staff.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of booked services. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee being applied, particularly for mobile services where travel has already been commenced.
6. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
TangleBrook Wash will exercise reasonable care in providing its services. However, we are not responsible for:
- Damage deriving from pre-existing conditions of your vehicle (e.g., scratches, dents, loose parts, electrical malfunctions, or worn paint).
- Damage caused by defective, aftermarket, or non-factory installed parts.
- Any issues caused by modifications to the vehicle not originally specified to TangleBrook Wash.
TangleBrook Wash reserves the right to refuse service to vehicles that are in a condition that presents a risk to our equipment or personnel, or where pre-existing damage is extensive and not suitable for our standard procedures.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TangleBrook Wash, its employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and service marks, is the property of TangleBrook Wash or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Use of any content without prior written permission from TangleBrook Wash is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, specifically England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We will indicate that changes have been made by updating the 'Last Updated' date at the top of these Terms.
