Who writes the guides
Every guide is published under my name, Nauman Zafar, and I’m accountable for it. I use AI tools for research and drafting support; every fact, figure and recommendation is checked and approved by me before publication.
Sources
Figures come from primary sources wherever possible: government portals, regulators, central banks, official gazettes and land departments. Where only secondary sources exist (for example a law firm’s summary or a market report), the guide says so and links to it. Each guide lists its sources at the end.
Dates
Every guide shows the date it was last checked. Time-sensitive guides (fees, tax thresholds, visa rules) are reviewed at least every six months and whenever a rule changes.
Primary sources first
Regulatory facts come from the regulator: the Dubai Land Department and RERA for property, the Federal Tax Authority for tax, the UAE Central Bank for lending and insurance, and official texts for privacy law. Market figures name their source and date. Where a rule makes a plan unwise, the guide says so plainly.
Independence
I don’t accept payment for coverage, and guides don’t contain paid placements. Where I have a business interest in something mentioned (for example Saqib Brothers or NZ Performance), it’s disclosed.
Corrections
Spotted an error? Email [email protected]. Factual corrections are made promptly, and significant ones are noted at the end of the guide with the date.
Numbers and claims
No fabricated testimonials, no invented client numbers. Results from past roles are labelled with where they came from.
